Subpoenas

We e-mail to confirm receipt of every subpoena submitted through this site. We issue, notarize, attach witness fee to, and serve subpoenas usually on the next business day. Once service has been effectuated, the Subpoena and Proof of Service are e-mailed and mailed back to you.

Summons and Complaints

We serve all Summonses from every Court in Massachusetts including Probate and Family Court, District Court, Superior Court, and Small Claims Court. Whether its a Criminal, Civil, or Federal Case, we serve them all.

Evictions

We serve all Notices to Quit, Summary Process (Eviction) Summons and Complaints, and Executions. We serve all Executions for Possession once the Court Order has been issued. We handle all service with the tenants from start to finish including tenant removal.

Proof of Service Included

Written Delivery Confirmation included with every service. We We specialize in locating missing witnesses and defendants. Most papers are served on the next business day and the proof of service is returned to you immediately.
